Privacy Policy

Last updated 28 July 2026

This policy explains what Sera collects and how we handle it.

Information we collect

How we use it

To answer you, to run and improve the workflows described on this site, to understand how the site is used, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Client and policy information

Servicing work involves confidential business information: policy documents, endorsements, insured details and correspondence. It is handled only under a written agreement, only for the engagement it was provided for, and never used for another client. Access is least-privilege and per-client, and is logged. Certificate of Insurance servicing does not require protected health information; please do not send it.

Retention and deletion

Site analytics events are retained for up to 90 days. Other material is kept only as long as we need it for the purpose it was shared, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete information you have shared by emailing shlok@seraops.co, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law.

Third-party services

We use hosting and data-storage providers to operate the site and retain waitlist and analytics records. These providers are bound to handle information only for the services they supply.
